Leader’s Guide: Week of October 6

NehemiahWebBLUEHello Koinonia leaders,

After weeks of praying, we began a new series on Nehemiah. There is always an excitement among the staff as we start a new season, Connect Month, new students, and much more.

What we did not know was that God was going to call on us to pray, to humble ourselves before Him, and to believe Him to do much more.

God is moving in our hearts. He is helping people connect in unity, sharpen our focus on mission, and asking us to believe in prayer. So, thank you for praying, for casting vision with your group, and for inviting people to join us.

As you know, we are asking the Trinity family to pray every day. This means praying for each other, for unity and love in our community, and for our opportunities to proclaim Him.

The following is a review of what we’re doing in our season of prayer that we call #TrinityPrays.

#TrinityPrays
We believe God is asking us to have a focused time of prayer. For nine weeks, we will focus on turning to God, both individually and together.

  • Subscribe to daily email reminder. Go to our website, [Click Here] to subscribe.
  • Pray together in your groups and throughout the week.
  • Celebrate what God is doing on Thanksgiving Eve. We will focus on rejoicing in His great works. 7:00-8:30 pm.
  • Pray for one another including opportunities after every Sunday service.

Remember that God is asking us to “Invest and Invite” (last week’s call). Prayer is the beginning of us trusting in God together. So keep “Invest and Invite” as a theme in your lives. And join in as we ask God to empower us to do His work.

Thank you so much,
